This is British Columbia, Recipes through the years, is a co-operative publication of the British Columbia Ministry of Agriculture and Beautiful British Columbia magazine. The recipes in the book stress the use of British Columbia agricultural products and have all been tested in the kitchens of the Ministry of Agriculture's Marketing Services Branch.
